Under the Australian Standard AS3745 Planning for Emergencies in Facilities, all facilities are required to have a written Facility Emergency Plan which includes detailed procedural documents that instruct how to manage emergencies in the facility.
Your Facility Emergency Plan will include:

Emergency Preparedness;
Emergency Mitigation;
Training arrangements;
Control of emergency response; and
Roles and responsibilities of Emergency Control Organisation members.
Facility Emergency Plans must be updated on an annual basis.
